A few words for Shades (As I have watched from the back row)

Post by _Ceeboo »

Shades,

While keeping in mind the many difficult things you have been forced to handle recently (accusations, judgements, threats, implications, innuendos, etc, etc) concerning both you as well as your board (These were/are clearly by design in my opinion). I wanted to offer a few words, for what it's worth.

As I have watched these "things" unfold over the last few weeks, it is my strong opinion that you have handled yourself (as well as represented this board) with enormous intergrity, a large degree of undisturbed calmness, much patience, and perhaps most importantly, a display of humilty and humbleness.

I applaud you for how you have handled a very tough situation.

Well done, Sir.

Peace,
Ceeboo

I think your a jack booted nazi Shades, and I should have pinned you to the ground at John Larsen's until you agreed to bring the image code back. You won't be so lucky next time!

I have to say that I agree with both of the above posts (Stak and Ceeboo).

Wow, Ceeboo, THANK YOU so much for the kind words!!

You are a true mensch.

(MrStakhanovite: We haven't heard the final word on images. We'll have a dialogue about this soon.)

In other words, Doc Shades said "big f'n deal".

That's how we roll here at Doc's place, unlike the paranoid self pitying misery grubbing fools parade lead by #1 whiner, Nemesis.

The world seems much more black and white when you have words without pictures.

I wholeheartedly agree Ceebo!

I've known Shades for something like ten years and he has always been decent, honest, and patient, and worked extremely hard to create a board that is fair and open, with as little moderation as possible. He listens to our ideas, suggestions and has created a board that reflects what we all collectively desire. As I have stated numerous times, this board is designed to accommodate anyone and everyone who wishes to engage in discussion centered on Mormonism.

I really appreciate this!

He has only one fault... no smilies! LOL!

Yes, I have tried asking, pleading, begging, and even bribery but alas, we are without! :-)

You rock Shades!

Word. The smileys at MAD are probably the dumbest I've ever seen, but some basic smileys would be great.

Hello,

I have to add that Dr. Shades is one of the admirable people I've observed on teh internetz. He's a credit to himself with the way he conducts himself day in and day out.
