Adam, Jehovah and Michael 'organized matter' to create this earth.

Michael became Adam, bringing one of his wives with him.(Per Brigham Young)

For a very long biblical time we go along with God and the earthlings cycling between being good and being evil and betting spanked and back again.

Then John the Baptist shows up, baptized Jesus and the Holy Ghost shows up.

Why is he ignored for so long? Why was he not even part of the original group that made this place?

Being a ghost, perhaps the writer did not notice his invisible hand provided he did not leave behind any ectoplasm.

Or if he did leave it behind, perhaps it was mistaken for flaming sword lubricant.

Right on, moksha. Flaming Sword Lubricant, the new product from Trojan. Nothing else will due when you've got 33 women and Emma to please.
