Hello Mr. Turkey,
Of course it does. It's a "hot drink". That's why Mormons don't drink herbal tea, hot chocolate, hot soup broth, or any other such thing that goes against Mr. God's explicit guidance.

Yes it does and considering you can't get into the temple while drinking it, I'd say yeah. Repent by first acknowledging you are at fault then go humbly to the lord in prayer and ask for forgiveness for not following the commandment, then cease the practice forevermore.

You know how chocolate gives you this dark, sensual feeling? Coffee is the same minus the sensual part. I love it!
