Odds of this being one of those "my friend" stories where "my friend" = story teller?

5-4? Any takers? 5-3? 3-2? Anyone?

Maybe but maybe not. Since porn is addicting and since some of those men may be addicted, it would be a long drawn out process. For many men, it is not so easy to abandon porn because it is not a sin anymore. In fact, as more Mormons do view it because it is not a sin, more would become addicted.

It was a true story.

However, moms and dads hardly ever consider the mess when they have a talk with their son about masturbation. Not so pretty to find sperm drops on the bathroom floor. And if the big sister finds them, well, the embarrassment of the son will be tremendous as she makes a big deal of it.

Why not just have the son clean his own bathroom? Then it's a non-issue!

by the way, I find your vivid description of a teen-aged son dropping sperm on a bathroom floor, and that sperm being discovered by an older sister, very creepy.

BS! It was an inappropriate comment, and you know it. You were trying to take an indirect pot shot at Just Me by going into graphic detail of the "mess" created by her supposedly masturbating son.

At least have the balls to admit what you're doing.

Nope I didn't take a pot shot. Very few parents consider this problem when they have a talk with their son. Somebody has to clean up the mess if a mess occurs. It is a good idea to bring it up during the discussion. The dad is a good person to do this. Boys have to learn to be careful amd make sure no mess is left behind to save embarrassment.

That was my point with Just me. The boy has to told this during the masturbation discussion. And yet, how many parents do this? And the sister thing can happen if the boy is not careful. Creepy? Perhaps. But not unheard of. It does happen.

If they are old enough to make the mess, they are old enough to clean it up. I really don't see it as any different than making sure you put up the toilet seat, or wipe up the seat if you fail to aim properly.

My point, though, Why Me, is that there was no reason for you to go into that kind of graphic detail. Good grief! You really don't think that a mother of teen-agers can't handle telling their son to clean up after himself? You really don't have to get into the type of gory detail you did. That was for pure shock value, and you know it.

How to explain it without some detail? Not possible. This thread is entitled: Speaking of masturbation. On all the masturbation threads started by our exmo posters, I have never read of any parent discussing the mess that the son may create. I just did a public service by making exmo parents aware of a possible problem.
