Question about Moses 1:39

For behold, this is my work and my glory - to bring to pass the immorality and eternal life of man.
Moses 1:39
Satan and his followers were confined to eternity in OD for choosing (by thier own free will) a plan that gave everyone eternal life without a choice. Obviously, this is a big deal for God.
My question is, why did God word Moses 1:39 the way he did? Why didn't he word it like this:
For behold, this is my work and my glory - to allow men to choose for themselves eternal life and bring to pass immortality.
?

God's work and glory is the LDS's work and glory. And what I mean by work, I mean Temple work. None of these sinners or anyone who has not heard or accepted the gospel is going to have a kingdom to live in without his or her temple work done for them. So for the 14 million people in the church, scratch that 3 million temple worthy, scratch that, 137,453 people who regularly attend the temple they have a lot of work to do. Satan's plan would take away the free-will of all people, at least with this plan the free-will is only taken away from a very small few when compared to the entire population of the earth from the time of Adam and Eve.

But the phrase, "bring to pass" seems to indicate God will make it happen not God will make it possible. Maybe I'm not looking at it correctly...

Did God know that his first church would fail and that a restoration of his church needed to happen at a later date? I think bring to pass can also mean that he has contingency plans for when it does not go right. Perhaps the church leadership is in apostasy right now and he has some plan to correct it. Perhaps Mitt will put the government in order and Glenn Beck will bring back modern day prophesy to God's one true church.

At least Jesus temple work was finally done this past year or so. Now he can have wives sealed to him and get on with being someone in the afterlife rather than just another shmo waiting for the work to be done.

Probably just another strange piece of work from Joseph who perhaps did not fully intend it to become what it is today.
I am puzzled at how the 1/3 of the pre-existence were judged and never allowed to "take the test" here on earth.
Doesn't it seem odd that we as inexperienced naïve spirits were allowed to be tested by the older sons. Was Satan's plan THAT bad? If it was why would a loving father allow his older son to coerce a full 1/3 of his children to follow him?
Here on earth it is like an older son teaching the 2 year old kids how to snort cocaine and have sex and then we the father kick not only the druggy sex addict son out but the two year olds as well. The two year old is not capable of making a decision. Think of it like that and you will agree when I ask WTF?
It really is all BS.

It really is all b***s***.
Children who die before the age of accountability are given just a few short years to live on earth and not given a chance to really live, grow, learn and fall in love. Is this a reward for his most faithful in the premortal life?
