This girl is a active Mormon and a self-proclaimed feminist.
Any chance she's gonna get in trouble for this? I mean people don't really even discuss mother in heaven in the Church let alone to outsiders.

Well said by the author:
...the doctrine of Heavenly Mother offers us hope. It is a framework that already exists that could be developed to give women a stronger position in church hierarchy.
I would hope the leadership would empathize with this woman and give comments like this pause.

As long as it's not third wave or higher. After reading her article, I'd say she's at least that.
Any chance she's gonna get in trouble for this?
Probably not, but she did misrepresent the Church in the article. People don't get in trouble for discussing Heaven Mother. People get in trouble for worshipping Heavenly Mother or using Her as an avenue to justify the priesthood being conferred upon women.
I mean people don't really even discuss mother in heaven in the Church let alone to outsiders.
This is not ture. There simply isn't enough doctrinal detail on the subject to be able to say much that isn't speculation.

Hope for what? The doctrine already is that women also become Deified.

No, just like single Mormon men. Symmetry...isn't it amazing?

they have removed distinctions between genders. So much of Mormon doctrine and cosmology is informed by gender that to remove distinctions entirely would be a drastically radical revision of current teachings.
These are apostate views.

So will Mormons be able to marry in the next life or if you die single are you done for?

Overall, her hope that gender differences get erased is indicative of the overall assault on religion and morality today. It's reflected in Hollywood propaganda, the public schools, and you even see it in Obama's 'former' church where they are getting rid of the notion of a Heavenly Father.
Might as well plug up all holes when someone is born and treat them as if male and female did not exist.

Yes. As the reticence of Jesus teaches, it's not till the resurrection that it's too late to marry.
or if you die single are you done for?
Only if that remains your mindset.

The reason "Mother in Heaven" is so rarely talked about is because there is no 'Mother' in Heaven.
It's MotherS.
God is a big-time polygamist. In fact, He probably has the most women in his pride then any other God imagined; just ask Brigham Young.
