Can't get enough church
I'm sitting in the Jiffy Lube waiting room. There is a TV in here. I left the room for a minute and when I came back, I realized one of the guys changed the channel to KBYU, which is playing an old GC talk. Really? You can't get enough of these talks? You have to watch this in the Jiffy Lube?

change the channel back, and tell the person, "This is not Church"

Sorry, Zee. Now, see, if you lived in NC, you wouldn't have to deal with that. Of course, we are in the Bible belt, so I suppose someone could turn on Billy Graham. :-)

I know people who watch the BYU channel all the time...like that is pretty much all they watch. I'm not in Utah. They are generally senior citizens.

I think goatees and big trucks are still vogue in many parts of the U.S. and some parts of the world.

That doesn't count. Senior citizens watching TV is more like someone sitting there with flashing lights and broken up recorded music playing in his/her ears while old show tunes repeat in his/her head.

Yeah, but in Utah, KBYU is a local channel. Outside of Utah, you usually have to order it as part of a special satellite or cable package. It's less likely that that KBYU would be available at a public place like a car repair shop, which was Zee's recent experience. That was more my point. :-)
