Recording played in court instructed females on group sex, nudity, grooming.

"You have to know how to be excited sexually and to be excited to administer that comfort and strength," Jeffs is heard on the recording. "And you have to be able to assist each other. No one sits around, everyone assists each other."
"The fullness of the law of Sarah is for quorums of wives to be with me to be a comfort," Jeffs is heard saying. "Yes, even physically, for I need more than one wife to be with me at a time."
Jeffs said he had been "appointed" and permitted to engage in sexual behavior not allowed to other FLDS men. He also warned his wives not to talk to other people about what happens in their "higher order."
"If another man, not appointed, were to do this, they would lose priesthood," he said.
"The world’s sexual relations are a fulfillment of selfish pleasure … you help me," he said. He instructs the women to shower before they come around him. At one point, a wife stands up and teaches the others how to shave their underarm hair, and Jeffs instructs them how to maintain their pubic hair.
This is an interesting turn of events.

The group sex talk clothed in D&Cesque godspeak is an obscenity.
It's funny that he decried the "world's sex" as selfish pleasure seeking, a concept he delivers to a group of six naked women whom he has formed into a "quorum" because he needs more than one woman present during sex.
I think that Warren Jeffs is going away for a very long time.
By the way, Jeffs instructed the women not to talk to others about their Prophetic Orgies. I presume that means other FLDS didn't know that was going on. I wonder how many FLDS will be shocked at the revelations? Do you suppose that the reactions to some FLDS that their Prophet, Seer, and Revelator had his own “F” Quorums, called and annointed to engage in orgies with him, will convince any FLDS believers that he's not a true prophet? Or do you think they'll find ways of rationalizing this behaviour?
More specifically, do you suppose many FLDS will simply say hey, if God commands Warren Jeffs to have sacred orgies with whole quorums of wives at a time, then that's exactly what he should be doing?

Not "many". Virtually all. For generations to come. And the FLDS apologists will rationalize it.

No surprises there. All these people who think polygamy is some sacred thing, and the men only did it for noble reasons, are deluding themselves. As for the double standard, didn't Joseph Smith excommunicate men who practiced polygamy without his permission? Again, why should we expect Warren Jeffs to act any differently?

From Uncle Lemual’s Unauthorized History of the Church, vol. XXIV:
Back during Polygamy, Brother Brigham received a revelation to the effect that no matter how many wives a man might have, he was only permitted to have connubial relations with one wife at a time. “The marriage bed,” he declared in a sermon following the revelation, “is not to be treated as if it were a hareem, for such is an abomination in the sight of the Lord.”

Apparently, the court also played a tape of Jeffs ceremonially raping the 12 year old girl in front of 3 of his "wives", ending in a prayer, where the wives said "Amen".
This tape alone had the jury in tears.
Jeffs is one sick “F”. I hope they put him away for life in open population. It won't be long before he is taken out by the other inmates.

So a polygamous church leader is abusing his position to take advantage of young women? My goodness, I wouldn't be any more shocked if I had just found 26 bodies in John Wayne Gacy's crawl space.
