I just learned that our beloved site admin, Shades, lost his grandfather recently.

My prayers go out to you and your family, Shades. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that your grandfather was special to you.

My sympathies, Dr. Shades. I recently lost my grandpa too.

Prayers and good thoughts go out to Doc Shades at this time.

My Grandfather could be a cantankerous old boy, I guess that was one reason he was loved so much. I miss him, even though he passed twenty or so years ago.

I'm very sorry to hear this Shades. I know what a special relationship one can have with one's grandparents.
