FARMS and Marxism - A Connection?

Post by _gramps »

I highly recommend listening to the most recent Mormon Stories podcast featuring Michael Coe, retired Archaelogy Professor from Yale, interviewed by John Dehlin.

You can find Coe's comparison of FARMS to Marxism on the third of the three total podcasts.

Other interesting tidbits:

Joseph Smith, a genius and one of the greatest men in all of history; Darwin, second to Jesus Christ; gold plates found, but buried again, to keep the Saints' faith viable; tapirs could have actually been horses, brought from the Old World around Spain; silk worms brought from China, gathered during Lehi's tramp through the Far East.

Some of those I don't joke about. The others, take with a grain of salt.

Anyone for a game of Rook? I have my cocoa beans for chips!

Go here to find Zarahemla! http://mormonstories.org/?p=1880

Oh! The conclusion: The Book of Mormon could still be true; it is within the realm of possibilities - (0.00001%).
