Get thee hence, Satan!

or, should I say, Get the hence, Simon!
viewtopic.php?p=497774#p497774Thanks be to Mr.Stak for revealing further light and knowledge in the field of priestly knowledge. A new incantation dismisses the demon Belmont effectively. Be brave, good souls, and recite the mystical word,
mopologetic or it's variants,
mopologist and
mopologia. The succubus can not withstand the power and authority of the invocation, and following a brief tantrum, the fiend will be dismissed entirely from your presence and peace and reason will once again rule the thread.
By the power of the holy masonic priesthood which I hold, and by the power of Grayskull, I hereby confer upon all men and women and all those inbetween, the power of the mopologetic charm.
H the Soothsayer.

You have inspired the writing of a new hymn:
The Word of God
When I’m feeling not myself
Left my happiness on the shelf
In the throes of deep depression
Resulting from demonic possession
When the thread has gone downhill
When the nuts send me a chill
Logic and reason have been abused
There’s a word that I can use
It’s a word I must remember
From October to September
It’s easy to avoid the medics
If I say ‘mopologetics’
It’s magical, this word of ours
It’s quicker than the fastest cars
When Satan has me on the run
Of all the words, I’ll use this one

Language hath much power, Lord, but may I suggest that perhaps a physical amulet, something like a Jupiter talisman, say, might increase the efficacy of the incantation? I think such an image, phylactery, sigil or lucky piece should be designed.

Let's do this digitally. All that has to be done is to add the magic word to our sig lines. That would be the internet equivalent of wearing a necklace of garlic cloves ...

I put colored stones with "Mopologist" written on them in magic marker at each corner of my house. So far we've been Simon-free!

Oh, guys, don't drive Simon from our midst. Sure, he is annoying, but he is also highly amusing. I got a big kick out of his attempt to take the higher ground re the "mop" word.
