For better or for worse, another poster has left us. The Nehor quietly deleted his account and has decided to no longer post with us.
I, for one, will miss his wit, and his perspective.

Honestly, he didn't really bring much to the table other than his crazy talking to demons stories.

Oh no. I will miss him. He's a great guy and has a lot of patience.
I didn't interact with him but, of course, I went along with his observations.
Nehor -- keep the faith!

The Nehor always seemed like a nice guy to me. I'll miss him.
(by the way, is anyone else rather frustrated that when an account is deleted, the "Search User's Posts" feature stops working? If there is any way for admin to change that, please do.)

lightning must have struck in the same place twice. Bob and I actually agreed on something! LOL
Nehor is a sweetheart. We still communicate via email, so I'll pass on your well wishes.

That was something that he brought up....once?...four years ago? And the story was told, re-told, and taken way out of context from how he actually presented it.
Nehor has a solid knowledge of the gospel. Unfortunately, he didn't really post on a lot of "meaty" topics because he grew tired of the consistent ad homs and derailing. His mirroring of Scratch's writing style was truly classic! I'll miss his sense of humor. :-)

It seems that Mormon apologists are giving up the online discussion of Mormonism.
I wonder if this has anything to do with some strategy being pursued by Mr Oaks (as alluded to by, I believe, Dr Scratch on a different thread) to reign in apologists.
Will Schryver had his work pulled
Kerry Shirts disappears
Daniel Peterson is MIA
and now The Nehor
Of course, it may also be that they are individually having a crisis of faith due to the build up of unanswerable critical questions on this board.
At least we still have Simon...

That's too bad. He is a seriously funny guy, and he consistently made me laugh.

They are? What makes you say so? You do realize there is a world outside this little cesspool, don't you?

Scratch makes this stuff up, you know.
Will Schryver had his work pulled
Pulled? What does that mean? Like taffy or pork? Scratch makes this stuff up, you know.
Kerry Shirts disappears
Like spontaneous human combustion? Scratch makes this stuff up, you know.
Daniel Peterson is MIA
I hope someone at least got a dog tag to send home to mom. Scratch makes this stuff up, you know.

Kudos to The Nehor for deciding to stay away from this place. I think it sounds like a great idea.

Not everyone is as faithless as you are. Not everyone sees "unanswerable critical questions" the way you seem to.
At least we still have Simon...
At least.
