As a Utah resident would you?

Admit that the Governor in Utah must inherit the position just as the Latter-Day prophets do today?
As a non-member would you do whatever the prophet told you to do, weather he expressed his wishes implicitly or explicitly?
(On a useless side note: I had mentioned a new way to cast votes in the state of Utah to a Utah GOP member, here was my idea) My idea was that after a person casts their ballot a receipt is then printed of with a randomly generated number on it as well what that person had voted for. After election day but before the candidates take office all of the votes are printed in a book along side the number on voter's receipt. The voter would then be able to check their number to be sure their votes match what is on their receipt. The book would have all the votes tallied on all the pages so one may be able to preform a self audit if one felt so inclined. If the voter presents their receipt to the county clerk representative (and the receipt alone) a stamp would be placed along side the voting number. The voting number would have absolutely no link to the voter's name what so ever.
This Idea Brought about the Utah constitutional amendment that made sure voting would be (kept private).... I should have had another person tell the GOP Rep.
