Proxy baptism refusal?

My wife read something in the City Weekly this morning about Jewish concerns about proxy baptism and came up with a question I hadn't previously considered. Can a living non-member submit to the church a request to never be baptised after death? Would it be honored by the church? Has anyone tried this?

(I tend to think it's a waste of time because; since the church isn't true what harm does proxy-baptism do? But she's a stubborn woman and I guess it's an interesting question...)

There's a movement to attempt to stop the practice. Don't know if they've been succesful or not.
