What's up with so many hateful threads lately?

Seems there are a slew of threads lately that have been extremely disrespectful of Mormons and their faith. What gives? Is this the result of an inevitable downward spiral once most of the Mormon posters have left?

Really? The only thing I've noticed with the silence of DCP, Schryver and The Nehor are less posts that degrade into personality clashes. But Yahoo Bot is trying his best to keep the tradition alive even without his compadres.

Must agree. Since the departure of DCP (and a few rear guard parting shots)I think that the level of animosity has been dialed down a notch or two.
While I could be alone in my opinion, it seemed to me that DCP threw a lot of grenades, or at least small incendiary devices. Instead of answering questions and/or defending Mormonism, he seemed to take the attitude that the best defense is a good offense.

Agree that there are a number of hateful threads/posts right now. I don't think it has to do with people leaving. I think it has to do with the free speech aspects of the board and those exercising their right to freely express their jerkdom.
Oh well.
