A new research paradigm for the MI?

A strong current in Mopologetic-related academia suggests that the MI may be without a research paradigm. If the LGT is dead as a research paradigm, then what is guiding the MI now? Does the MI have a center of gravity or a central dogma? There have been suggestions based on the twenty-first and twenty-second editions of the Review that the institute has taken a postmodern turn of sorts or at least, has become far more interested in the unfalsifiable, literary aspects of the book rather than stronger claims regarding its archeology.
