The LDS church uses the name Bonneville Land Management to buy/own/develop land in the State of Utah, However the LDS own/operate other companies to purchase land outside of Utah with names that have no correlation with the State of Utah or the LDS Church. In order to deceive people into selling their land, the Mormons will go in undercover posing as a run of mill real-estate developer in order to obtain the land for less or obtain land people would otherwise choose not to sell to the LDS.
If anyone can post the list of Real-Estate Companies the LDS own directly It would be appreciated.

That isn't a scheme. Large corporations regularly do this because if a landowner knows it's a big company buying the land, they'll try to jack up the price. Walt Disney did this when he was buying the land for Disney World in Florida.
