1. I would have banned the Posting of Neon Alcohol signs inside the windows of restaurants/bars/clubs. Kids see those and ask their parents questions.

2. All alcohol served in restaurants would have to be served in Black containers.

3. Taps in restaurants may be visible behind the bar but there wouldn't be labels on them.

4. Allowing Smoking in bars and clubs(or areas of bars and clubs) would be left up to the establishment.
