Kishapalooza Redux

Post by _Kishkumen »

Lumen Kishkumen is having an encore performance at the Walmart café in Murray, UT. Sadly, it was the only venue that we could afford to bribe to allow us back in. During the last tour our fans were so boisterous and, frankly, unhinged that we were escorted out of Utah by state troopers. Fortunately, we have found a way of sneaking back in, thanks to friends in low places, namely the Utah legislature and Chris Buttars, who can evidently be bought for a collection of back issues of Tiger Beat magazine--in case you are curious.

I will thus be in Utah the week of Thanksgiving, and I look forward to coordinating some kind of meet up with those of my friends whose dignity prevents them from listening to my crummy music and throwing their unmentionables at me in the middle of a packed Walmart café. (I'm looking at you, Runtu.)

Will you be performing live, Lumen? How much will GA tickets cost? Are some yet available?

Midday on either of the two days after Thanskgiving would be sublimely convenient for me. But a Walmart on black friday might be hell, so perhaps the Tuesday before Thanksgiving might be better.

You guys ever consider trying to sell your stuff as sound tracks and sound effects for video games or films? Perhaps you shoud try to contract with a software company. Heck, I'd consider hiring you if I had a movie or game idea I wanted to make real.

Awwww... Utah?

Utah is to Schmo what kryptonite is to Superman... or oatmeal is to Homer (yeah, that's better).

Any plans for a country-wide tour?

You would be welcome to use my venue for all your Kishapalooza needs. The Apocalrock Visitor Center 200 South Orchard Drive #1 in North Salt Lake. Wonderful night view of city lights out a big picture window . Only got about five hundred square feet unless we open up a huge hall area 1000 sq ft of standing room only! I will PM my cell #.

Heck, I got a marquee to put your name in lights all week. Let me know soon.

LOL!

I was kidding, of course. I don't play any instruments, and there is no Simonpalooza.
