While some may reject the idea of pornography being a drug, Derrick Hull, CEO of Candeo, an online pornography and sex addiction recovery program, believes it is.

And here's the punchline...

These tards sound exactly like the little craps that would come to my middle school back in the day and preach the dangers of addicting violent videogames and violent rap music. These people tried (and failed thankfully) to paint a picture that ANYONE who like to play grand theft atuo or listened to ICP(who by the way is a christian group oddly enough) were going to grow into serial killers and school shooters. Most of us knew what they were saying was bull, so im going to assume the kids hearing this anti pornography crusade should be just as smart to ignore fantasy advice.

Yep. As explained in the article, from beginning to end, it's all a business venture:

It began in Logan when four friends and business students at Utah State University got together one night in 2006 to discuss entrepreneurial endeavors.

"Olsen had an extra personal driving force. He recounted the story of a family member who had become addicted to pornography at 8 years old. The addiction led to loss of a job, loss of family and a prison sentence."

WTF - Porn led to a prison sentence? Really? Was he distributing it illegally? If it was child porn, his problem is pedophilia, not porn. Was he Saudi Arabia?

I don't think it's considered pedophilia when you're 8 years old. I assume he was incarcerated as an adult. It makes me wonder why, if he started at 8, they didn't catch him doing dangerous stuff earlier and see warning signs before he did something worthy of a prison sentence. I mean, if it was just looking at a Playboy that's one thing. He's unlikely to go to prison for that. There's gotta be something very disturbing going on here. It's definitely not the normal reaction to porn. Then again, 8 seems a bit young for someone to be fascinated by skin mags. Maybe he was groomed by someone else?

They call it a drug so that means, as a drug, it should provide some medicinal benefits under certain contexts. I wonder what those might be?
