Happens before 1830. Why is that, do you suppose? Is there something special about the year 1830? It seems like an impenetrable barrier that the Nephite oracles were unable to penetrate. Why is that, do you suppose?

It's actually a code that was embedded when dates were thought up, and I have worked out the cypher for that. It reveals that it relates to the number of the beast who clouds the latter days from view.
1+8=9
The 3 represents that there are 3 9's
Thus 999
The zero represents circular movement that should be applied to the number, so that the message can be revealed, and in that movement, it clearly reveals 666.
