Are the Masonic symbols copyrighted?

The masonic symbols are really starting to grow on me. I was thinking that for a new and improved garment design, we need to include the basic, Masonic symbols into the undergarment. Imagine this symbol silk screened on the left hip or, centered between the shoulder blades:


The question is about copyrights. Would LDS run into copyright problems? Would they need to get permissions granted from the Masons?
