As has already been noted there was an article at Huffington Post about racism within the Book of Mormon.

It has already been established that Obery is lying. Problem is, where are the voices that will go toe to toe with him in public venues like that? I'm tempted, but debating you schmucks anonymously on an obscure board is one thing, under the lights is another. Any encouragement for me?

I don't think Romney will have the time in sound-bite format to bring in the nuance and exegis that Mormons use to approach these topics. He has to make it short and pithy for the general public. I think the only response that will really work is the one John Huntsman has already stated

"It was wrong."
