Man we are special.
I'm guessing neither of the girls that commented have been through the LDS temple.

Most LDS kids have done Baptisms for the Dead, so yes they've been through the Temple.

While I would agree that their experienced statements can be considered "subjective" given that others have similar and opposite experiences and might seem a little arrogant, if the Church is actually True, then their statements would in fact be the Truth, and they would simply be being truthful.

We all bring to our experiences levels of truth and subjectivity, that can seem arrogant, but is simply ones beliefs, and not meant as nor is an attack on others.

Yup.

Someone who says that the Book of Mormon is a boring pastiche of half-understood 'Biblical English' mixed with early 19th-century backwoods theology, that Mormon services are deserts of platitude and mind-numbing repetition, that what happens in the Temple is an embarrassing charade based on plagiarized Masonic rituals, and that the First Presidency are a bunch of numb-brained corporate executives who make a living by preaching folksy uplift may seem arrogant, but that is simply his belief, and Mormons should not understand it as arrogant, or as an attack on them. After all, if that person's beliefs are true, what he said is The Truth.

Of course I would never say anything so vulgar and crude myself. But if I did say it, I am glad you agree that no-one ought to object.

Those are nothing but pro Mormon lies. Anyone that knows the LDS church knows that "going through" the temple refers to doing initiatories and your endowment. You are nothing but a pro Mormon, I should know I was once a pro Mormon, then I was an anti Mormon then a pro Mormon again then an anti Mormon for a little bit then pro Mormon again.

Actually, believe it or not, LDS wouldn't object so much if simple "belief" was the problem with anti-mormons, even if you believed we were a cult, brainwashed, followed man, etc.

We are more concerned with the "rest" that you add to your actions, the lying, the misrepresenting, the unfair degrading, etc. You cross a line into evil.

Someone such as these kids having a simple "religious belief" that their spiritual impressions and theology is more true and that is contrary to anothers religious belief does not cross the line into evil.

Can you comprehend the differences?

ldsfaqs:

Lies. LIES. LIES!!!! You are nothing but a lying liar who lies by telling lies! You probably even lie down while you lie, liar.

Go to ANY temple-recommend holder next time you're waiting for Sacrament Meeting to start and ask them what it means to have "been through" the temple. Nobody is gonna include the non-endowed youth who have done BftD. Those youth have "been inside" the temple, not "been through".

Look at LDSFAQs, defending anti-COCism.

So if you are dumb enough, you can say what you like about someone else's religion and they are not allowed to take offence?

Got it.
