From the ksl article
Can a baker refuse to make a wedding cake for a couple based on religious grounds? Is it discrimination if a photographer refuses to shoot a wedding for a same-sex couple?
The world will reach that. Thanks to religions (in the name of love).
Today in Hungary - and we are far away from US' godliness - there are doctors who don't give prescription for contraceptives and pharmacies which don't sell them.
(I know, this is off - definitely not gays' problem... - but it is based on the same contorted thinking. A few step before shooting to each other.)

The answers to both questions is yes if the hypocrite bigot wants to face legal problems.
In the case that outlawed polygamy, the main point about the polygamy aspect is that when belief becomes action the law will step in.

them Gays don't expect to have the Same Rights as Non-Gays
Gays already have the same rights. For example, they may receive state recognition of marriages to the opposite sex.

Doesn't work if you're implying homosexuality is inborn or that whites could also marry colored people.

I'll type slower so you can understand. Saying that gay people have rights equal to those of straight people because gay people can marry the opposite sex while being prohibited from marrying someone of the same sex is the equivalent of saying that black people had rights equal to those of white people because black people could marry within their own race while being prohibited from marrying someone of a different race.

I think Mormons should have the right to marry, as long as they don't get married to another Mormon.

Careful Darth, the Church leadership may see that as a great idea to double membership.
