It appears to me they mean threads discussing blacks and the priesthood, 3 threads have been started about it, thanks to the BY Prof, and those three threads have been closed.
They might mean they find it most advantageous for the Church, to not discuss the entire issue of race, since the entire vehicle of not admitting the obvious truth about the Priesthood ban is a no win situation. Even the most neutral of third parties viewing supportive or mitigating arguments for the ban would walk away with a less than positive impression of such discussions.
I would like to amend that last statement. Just read a thread on the MDD board where active LDS members stood up and said the Ban was both racist and wrong. Nachadow, Buckeye, Jeremy Orb-Smith and the other 43.6% of poll respondents took this stand. Kudos to BlueDreams for also introducing science to help lend a hand in kicking butt on that skin color as a curse nonsense.
Makes me less cynical and more hopeful. If we no longer seek to fool ourselves that demonstrates our desire to be a fully informed and prophetic people.
For clarity, here is an example of Race Baiting...
21 And he had caused the cursing to come upon them, yea, even a sore cursing, because of their iniquity. For behold, they had hardened their hearts against him, that they had become like unto a flint; wherefore, as they were white, and exceedingly fair and delightsome, that they might not be enticing unto my people the Lord God did cause a skin of blackness to come upon them.

Nothing but censorship. I think they reciprocate with CARM to create most oppressive rules & regulations.

I think this means the mods over there realize that the Bott debacle is very troubling even to TBM's. I think the poll over there showed that most believe the priesthood ban was man-made and wrong. So the mods are freaking out ... as they should, in my opinion.

Which would make Brigham Young and the other Prophets prior to SWK racist and uninspired and seen to have led the Church astray.
