I don't like the formal apology in the other thread. Here's mine:
To all women, blacks, gays, lesbians, transgendered and queer folk:
I am sorry for ever affiliating with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and, by my very presence, lent strength to that organization's vile and abhorrent practices and policies which subjugated you and hurt you. No words can express the deep shame I feel for not getting out sooner. Please forgive me; never forgive the Church.
