It appears to me that the LDS theory of existence is; Entities/souls are uncreated and eternal. They exist in a sphere/dimension known as the "intelligence realm", where they wait to be born into spirit bodies. Through no cause of their own they have acquired unique identities/personalities. A vast majority of these entities are culls and therefore need tested, rated, sorted and sent off to eternal-er destiny.
So, a few observations.... Since all things, entities ultimately came out of this same intelligence realm, how can god be anything but a peer? I don't see any oversight committee....who's in charge? Who/What gave this ?Older? entity god status?
If an entity is eternal, how can there be a *happening* where this soul now gets a course change?
This system doesn't provide any replenishment loop. I mean, this seems to indicate a finite # of entities, and therefore there must always be a supply of souls waiting to be born into spirit bodies.....but never will....as the system would run out.
Nurture cannot be the ultimate identifier of a soul, neither can a soul be a *box of thoughts*. Thoughts, knowledge is acquired through experiences. There must be a core awareness that is unchangeable. For instance, god nurtured all of his allotted spirits perfectly in a perfect environ- the CK, yet one third turned out bad.....Couldn't be gods fault, must be bad core drives.
Since I can't get anybody over at MAD to agree with me that souls must be held harmless since they didn't create themselves, how about this theory....
It doesn't seem to me that the system put in place for testing and rating souls is going to get the best/clearest feedback. I mean, If one really wants to know what people are saying about you, eavesdrop. With this reward and punishment system that is in place I don't think one can get an accurate reading of a souls true worth. Souls will be seeking reward and fearing punishment.... and outwitting the system.
If I ever get a planet, I would send the souls down with a full knowledge of the ages. I wouldn't give em any rules, I wouldn't tell em it's a test. It seems to me this would give an accurate reading of how souls will behave when not under duress.
