I am currently listening to President Uchdorf's talk. I love this man!!!
His whole talk is about stopping judging others.
He said of gossip, judgement, etc....."Just stop it!!"
"We are all beggars before God. None of us are perfect.
We all depend upon the mercy of God."

Uchdorf is like the anti-BC Space. He embodies true lave and charity. I've always thought he was a pretty cool guy, and that talk just reinforces that. He even said people should start be forgiving themselves. That's a dangerous thing to teach. People might stop begging their leaders for forgiveness. If the church was smart, they would put him in charge next instead of Packer. Unfortunately, Uchdorf is behind Bednar in the secession chart and will never reach the Prophet position.

Uchtdorf talks a good fight, but he is largely ineffectual in delivering any change within the organisation.

Where was the inspiration in this? Elder Uchtdorf seems like the ideal for a religious leader. Much more St. Francis of Assisi about him than the Organization Man.

I did enjoy it. But I also heard nothing to preclude 1 Corinthians 6:2 etc.
