Can women be sealed to more than one man in the temple?

I was under the distinct impression that they could not but came across a post on a blog claiming that this in fact does happen. Specifically that women can be sealed to more than one man following the death of all parties involved.
Anyone heard of anything like this happening? Under what circumstances would it be allowed? Anyone know if the CHI has anything to say about this?
Thanks.

Anecdotally, I have heard of this happening in the past. It is something they try very hard to avoid nowdays, but people still make mistakes. I personally wish they'd stop all this non-sense. Let people get sealed when they first get married and let God sort the rest out during the Millenium.

My understanding is that now a dead woman can be sealed to 2 or more dead men as long as she was married to them during her life.
Finally, a little polyandry.

Dead women, yes.
Living women, no.

A living woman cannot be sealed to more than one man. If she is divorced from a man she was sealed too and wishes to remarry she must get a sealing cancellation. If she is not getting married but still wants a sealing cancellation because say her ex husband was scum, it will not be granted. Only if she is getting sealed again in the temple will a prior sealing be cancelled.
If her husband she was sealed to is dead she cannot be sealed again to another man unless the prior sealing to her dead husband is cancelled.
If a woman is dead and was married to more than one man and they are all dead proxy works can be done to seal her to all her prior husbands.
A man who has been sealed to another woman but was divorced has to getting a sealing clearance to be sealed again. Unless his ex wife was granted a sealing cancellation that sealing is still in effect. A man whose wife has died can be sealed to another woman.

And of course, with equality in the Church...
Dean men, yes
Living men, yes

Heaven is going to be like a saloon full of jealous bitches and mad jealous men.
The two gods will have to take turns and then try and figure out which of their worlds to send the child from the shared wife.
Sounds more like HELL to me.

I do think it's an unfair situation that largely impacts women in the negative (like so many LDS policies).
But, in fairness to the LDS church, it's not always a great situation for the men, either. Some men would like to get their sealings to their divorced wives canceled upon marrying new wives, but they can't. Sealings among the divorced are usually only canceled if the woman has a sealing to a new husband lined up. Otherwise the church won't touch the sealing (not without First Presidency approval, at least).
For some families, this is a really bad thing, because divorced wife #1 will lord it over new wife #2 that she's still married to the husband in the eternities.
It's one of the few places where LDS policy of different treatment truly has created different pluses and minuses for both sexes, as opposed to simply favoring men throughout.

+1 Jason.

It's not a mistake. The idea is that she will decide who in the next life she willed be sealed to, so they seal here here to everyone she has been married to.
