For those that can't read Dutch this is an article about the posthumous baptisms of some of the Netherlands Royal Family.
The Church has no control over who does what when it comes to baptisms for the dead.

Being new to the board I haven't yet sorted out posting styles and positions of those posting here, so I have to assume your last sentence about the LDS Church having no control over names submitted for temple work was said tongue in cheek. I can just see it now as the genealogy department looks over names being submitted for temple rituals: "Interesting bunch of names.....Adolf Hitler...must be a common name in Europe? Oh, and Princess Diane of Wales...I didn't know William and Harry had joined the church. Mohammed the prophet...." No, let's not go there.
