An he's still a Bishop! But maybe they can go ahead and release him now that it wouldn't hurt his case? I doubt it. It is all about not weakening the Church in any way by releasing the moron from his calling as a Bishop.

The church will be serious about sex abuse when the CHI mandates a High Council court for leaders who do not follow the CHI mandates on sex abuse reporting.

It really doesn't seem like too much to ask. After reading the article, I'm pretty sick to my stomach. Something stinks.
