I actually really find it fun to come on here and read what is going on. It's like different stories are developing each day. Each one of us is a certain character.

For a former member living in an Islamic country, it can be entertaining to interact with folks who believe in a religion that is even less plausible than Islam.

Yes. Its pretty fun to see people get worked up for next to nothing, sometimes. That's why I haven't defeated my desire to come here, in part.

It is definitely a form of entertainment for me. It is also a different type of social experience. I really do view MDB as a community; many of the folks here have become in real life friends of mine as well as Internet ones.

Why do you find the LDS religion less plausible than Islam or any other faith?
You once were a believer. Why did you believe then and this find it plausible?

I can't answer for Dr. W, but for me I think all religions require leaps of faith. The problem with Mormonism is Joseph Smith left too many smoking guns laying around.

Yes.
I am here for nothing but fun.
Watching the fools attempt to defend the indefensible is cheap entertainment.

A prof with his pants falling down
Or the dance that's a spiritual romance
Or the scene where the villain is mean.
That's entertainment!
The board is a stage; the stage is a world of entertainment!
It might be a fight like you see on the screen
A poster getting slain by the anger of a queen
Some great Shakespearean scene
Where a Dr. and a Doc meet,
and everyone ends in mincemeat.
The guy who is waving the flag
That began with the mystical hand
Hip hooray! The American way
The board is a stage; the stage is a world of enter-tain-ment!
