Hello board,

We often discuss the cost of leaving the church but I haven't seen very much discussion on the cost of staying. It would be interesting to hear this from the perspective of the spouse who decides to stay when the partner leaves. Any stories out there?

Hmmm...I thought you were going to be referring to the cost of staying from the perspective of someone staying in the Church even if they don't believe.

Thanks Liz. Yeah, I have seen this discussed often as well.

Maybe I should change the title to "The cost of choosing to believe and staying invested".
