So I am reading the comments.
Some other "Mormon Therapist" jumps in and tells the original that he/she is wrong, and offers to bring the author up to speed.

I pity that poor fellow.
What a train wreck.
She does not like sex,
She is "allergic" to his sperm? GTFO! AYFKM?
She bleeds during sex? Hint: skip that week.
And she is on Sandy Candy?(Salt Lake valley speak for anti-depressants)
He gets tired trying to get her off. Turn the jack hammer vibe on OMFG mode.

I need help…. I started masturbating about 6 months ago. I am really struggling to stop. I never experienced climax like this in my whole life until I experimented with a vibrator I have that is for neck pain. It is really amazing… but I am a spiritual person and LDS. I am just so confused. I have read your website over and over… I just don’t know what to do. I feel that I am not worthy anymore and I get so weak and am left wanting to feel climax. My husband understands but he doesn’t know how much I do it… about twice a day.
My husband is a very strong LDS man, he has a very strong testimony. I have always had a weak one.
For the last ten years I have never enjoyed sex – I would actually bleed. Then we discovered I was allergic to his sperm and very reactive to it. So we started condoms last year. I enjoyed it better but it’s been very dry and have tried different things. My husband did think it was me and that I was the problem. Then I tried the vibration thing and I seem to not be so dry and I seem to take advantage of it because I like the way it makes me feel. My husband is gone out of town every other week. When he is home he likes to help me out, but gets so tired when it takes a while to help me climax.
I deal with severe depression and take anti depressants as well.

I'm happy she found something that works. She shouldn't feel guilty about it.
And what the hell does strong vs weak testimony mean? I hate, hate that term "strong testimony."

It was quite common for women in the past to go to the doctor and have him/her masturbate her to orgasm in order to treat depression and "hysteria."
Doctors welcomed the invention of the electric vibrator because their hands sometimes got fatigued.

Wow. When people ask me if I think Mormonism is harmful, this is the kind of stuff that comes to mind. The church's teachings about sexuality may not trouble every single member, but they are harmful to many. It is so sad.
When my mother and I had a conversation about this subject, she said something like "People might suffer when they misunderstand the gospel, but if they really understood it and lived it, these harmful effects would be unheard of".
My response is that the gospel doesn't get credit for the effects it might have had in some idealized world where everyone applies it with robotic perfection. That's not realistic and suggests a naïve view of human nature. If the gospel is 'true' then it was designed by a god who understands human nature better than that. The gospel should be judged according to its fruits in the real world among people who try to understand and live it. If members hold harmful attitudes about masturbation, porn, and homosexuality, and those ideas are traceable to LDS teachings, then the church should be held accountable for its influence among members of all levels of understanding-- not just the few who really seem to 'get it' according to some false ideal.

...can't her husband run the "neck massager" for her? Or is it still masturbation, even if he's involved in the process?

This is a discussion to have with your bishop. Extramarital sexual experimentation including masterbation is something that needs to be taken care of with a priesthood holder. A bishop is there to lovingly help you overcome the problem and clear yourself of the guilt that comes from sins of immorality. This is not always easy to overcome, but I promise you that it is worth it. Through the atonement, you can be cleansed of guilt, and filled with light, love and pure joy. Good luck!
