It is now time to fight back. I think that the people on this forum who live in the area of the maxwell institute should begin a picket line. And voice their disdain for such treatment. Why me, get this through your thick head. You and your ilk over at the Morg are an embarrassment to your Church the way you're attacking Bradford when you are only listening to Dan's closest friends (Schryver/Hamblin), both of whom are acting like total fools. What you don't understand is that Gerald Bradford is supported by a host of LDS scholars who don't spend all their time pandering to internet idiots like you. I've spoken to several scholars in the Religious Education dept at BYU who have said this has been a change in the works for quite some time, and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with ex-Mormon influence. John Dehlin's hit piece was just the latest example that broke the camel's back.

Exmormons should support Bradford for the same reasons you should. Because he stood up for decency and stopped allowing Dan Peterson to use the Maxwell Institute to attack anyone he suspects is a threat to his delusions. I know you people at MAD worship Dan and think he can do no wrong, but that is precisely what is so ironic about all of this. The Church is now more concerned about this extremist fringe and the brainwashing effect Dan's apologetics has on you, than they are concerned about the damage that can come from so-called apostates.

The Church no longer has Dan's back, so why do you? Because it is really that difficult to let go of the legend and myth of Dan Peterson, the guy so many of you appear to equate with Jesus Christ himself.
