Gentle word of warning to the Daniel Peterson followers.

Dear Daniel followers,
I do not have much, if any experience, with leaving the Church or with speaking with those who have left the Church. The only experience I have comes a talk. What I learned in the talk, is what is currently happening to each of you who are so upset over DCP treatment.
A member of the Church was flying somewhere, he started chatting with the person next to him, the subject of the Church came up. The person next to him said "I used to be a member of the Church, but I no longer believe in the LDS Church". The man inquired as to why this person left. The person responded "The LDS Church can not be true because of the way BYU treated Professor **insert name**.
The person giving the talk spoke on how this other person left the Church because of how a Professor at BYU was treated. The person felt the Professor was unjustly treated. What I gathered from the talk build upon the sure foundation in the Church.
I see, each of you, as the same person sitting on the plane saying you left the Church because MI was not allowed to publish a piece on John D, and Daniel Peterson was fired for it.
You all should ask yourselves, "Upon whom and what, have I placed my testimony?"
