When Mitt becomes the next President

I remember the words of Amos 3:7 that I memmorised on my mission- "Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets".
When pondering upon the words of the prophets in the Book of Mormon that was written especially for our day, I feel comforted knowing that the next American President will turn to the mouthpiece of the Lord, before making important decisions.
I am grateful for the many examples in the Book of Mormon and the Bible when the leader of the country or the general of the armed forces turned to the Prophet and heeded his advice, resulting in the demise of their enemies.
This will be immensely helpful in times of peace, and even more important during times of war. The President will surely not be fooled by bad advisors or lobbying industry, when he has the Prophet of the Lord by is side.
Mitt and Thomas must be looking forward to this..
