We are generally very responsible and accountable. You don't see most men acting out on their first impulses or instincts when they see an immodestly dressed (and attractive, that's critical) woman. But it does illustrate that women also do have a responsibility in this area to not incite impulses in the first place.

How can these boys be around females in swimsuits? Or among cultures where women routinely go topless? Or become doctors? Or be around a woman breastfeeding her infant?
It's really super sad.
The fact is nobody would ever have sex and children if it weren't for sexual attraction and FEELINGS in the pants.
That's right! It's thanks to those "impure" thoughts that any of us was ever born!
