Jesus in for a rocky millennium

We have been given a few examples of how people from the same exact faith and culture still don't see eye to eye with the builders of the kingdom of God on the earth. Even though we all might believe Joseph Smith talked to God and we might all renew our temple covenants on a regular basis, we don't all want tall buildings in our backyard.

Did this MTC building issue give us a glimpse of more to come during the millennium? Certainly, Jesus will hope to have many grand edifices built in His Father's name. Many of these will undoubtedly end up blocking someone's view, will it not?

Look at how difficult it is for the church to build its fledgling kingdom among a few hundred thousand. Jesus and His Army will have a hell of a time with the billions who pass the SC test.

Christ Cathedral.

The new name for the Crystal Cathedral. Rev. Schuller's Mega Church that collapsed under allegations of fraud and misappropriation of funds.

The Catholic church bought it and will use it as it's new cathedral in Orange County.

Schuller's ministry was much better known world wide than the LDS church. How swiftly the great can fall.

by the way - I used to believe the world during the millennium would look like Superman's house.
