At what level, why me, do you suppose Mormon God got involved?
a. Selecting the actual stores for His Mall?
b. Selecting the design and configuration of the project?
c. Selecting the location?
d. Just telling Monson to go treat himself to something pretty out of the housekeeping?
When the African children who die of starvation stand before God with their bony, malnourished little bodies and ask "why City Creek and not us?" what is He going to say? "Whoops, My Bad" perhaps...
