Ostensibly that would mean he rejects socialism and the welfare state, gay marriage, and respects the constitution, etc. Hence, because he's not constitutionally eligible, he'll step down in the interest of being honest with his fellowman.

I don't remember who it was that suggested that bcspace is humour impaired, but whoever you are, now would be as good a time as any to consider issuing a retraction.
