Gold Plates Seminar - 2012

Am I mistaken, or was a Gold Plates Seminar put on by the Maxwell Institute this summer? Last year, of course, the MI Mopologists staged a kind of verbal "gang assault" on Mike Reed, with John Gee and Matt Roper leading the charge. But what about this year? Is no one participating due to the fact that DCP got canned? The seminar, as best as I can tell, was hosted by Richard Bushman. I'd certainly like to hear how it went--it sounds like a really praiseworthy academic event.

Yes, there was one this year, and no, there haven't been any problems so far as I've heard. This year's seminar does include two Gentiles, one Dutch Reformed and the other a Wiccan. The presentations are spread across three days, one of which was yesterday and the other two of which will be tomorrow and the next day. I'll be writing a recap for withoutend.org next Monday.
