If the choice between a supposed "christian" who is Hellenistc and a Hellenist who fully understands personal responsibility, well yes.

If the choice is between a possible Muslim and a Mormon (both non-Christians), the evangelicals will go for the one whose moral values most closely align with Christianity.
While Obama claims to be a Christian, there is no real evidence of that, and he seems to be very sympathetic to Islam. While Mormons are not really "pro-life" in the RTL sense, at least they do not support late term abortions, and would endorse giving medical treatment to babies who survive abortions.
On the whole, however, Evangelicals are not very happy with the National Republican Party which has literally pushed Romney down our throats - and I know many Christians who state they will not vote in November.

Sympathy toward Islam which teaches as part of its core doctrine the concept of Jihad. Would you like to be a Jew sitting in a plane just commandeered by a Muslim terrorist? Get a grasp of reality and begin to study the nature of Islam and the teachings of Mohammed. Very similar in many ways to Mormonism. I've read the Quran twice, have you?

I have some close relatives who are Lutherans -- who speak of
Roman Catholics in despicable terms and who wish that the
Protestant Reformation had destroyed the "papists" in Bavaria, etc.
I still feel sympathetic towards these folks. But that does not
make me a Lutheran, nor a Christian. I feel equally sympathetic
towards the Catholics, and even the Mormons (with whom I
disagree radically on almost every single religious tenet).
So, if a President of the USA expresses equal sympathy for
atheists, Mormons, Muslims, and Jews, I would not hold that
fact against him -- and especially not, if he had family members
who belonged to one of those groups.
But the issue worth considering, is whether expressions of
sympathy towards some particular religion makes that sympathizer
a member.
Perhaps Obama is indeed a secret Arab terrorist. But, if so, then
the Government of the USA has done a terrible job of investigating
and acting upon that supposed fact.
Bush and Cheney had ample time to investigate Obama. The Clintons
had a vested interest in having him investigated. McCain & Palin
would have won their campaign, if they could have produced a
single witness to testify that Obama was a secret Muslim. Never
mind whether or not he sympathizes with terrorists -- the simple
fact that he was praying to Mecca five times a day would have
been enough to get McCain elected.
But, all of that is in the past. Now Romney has an opportunity to
investigate Obama's personal life. With his own massive wealth,
and the collected resources of several dozens of the world's
richest, most powerful people at his disposal, Romney can do a
better job than practically anybody on earth in exposing Obama.
That is -- if there is anything to expose.
And, if Romney wins the 2012 presidential race, he will have all
the keys of power resting in his hands one second after he
finishes repeating the oath of office.
If he gets that far, and does not arrest Obama immediately, then
I suppose that would prove Obama really was a legitimate US
President -- and we need not erase him from the history books
that we give our kids in school.

Obama seems to hate Israel, but doesn't wish to appear a traitor either.

I fail to see how having any particular opinion regarding the State
of Israel would make anybody a "traitor," -- unless, perhaps, if
that person were a citizen of Israel.
But since we are talking about some sort of discernible "hatred,"
perhaps you could clarify your conclusion in this regard.
Does he "hate" the land -- the geography -- the landscape? If
so, then why not also hate Lebanon or Jordan?
Or, perhaps you mean that he hates the people who live
within the borders of the State of Israel? If so, I can only
wonder why he would not hate the Jewish settlers who are
building new settlements on the West Bank.
Or -- if he "hates" the people there, does that hatred extend
to the many Palestinian and Arab people who are citizens of
of the State of Israel -- most of whom are Muslims, but some
of whom are Christians?
Perhaps you mean that he hates the idea of a religious state --
and would rather see religion and politics kept separate.
Perhaps you will clarify your remarks -- but I do not see the
fellow showing evidence of hatred for any country or people.
