Typical of virtually all leftists, Graham assigns grave moral opprobrium to those who do nothing more than disagree with him and to those who make make honest mistakes in their perception of the conduct of an opponent or mispercieve an event.

However, Breitbart.com is standing by the substance of its initial story, that the lawsuit will have the overall effect of restricting the time in which military personnel can have their votes counted. This story still has a ways to go to play out fully. At the very least, Breitbart.com has a point: this isn't the first time the Democrats have openly disenfranchised military personnel, including the scandalous behavior of Al Gore (who tried to steal a national election in broad daylight - a banana republic first for the U.S. (if you don't count the massive voter fraud during the Kennedy/Nixon race) and his Democrat/lawyer hit squad sent to carefully selected Florida precincts in 2000 to ensure the correct outcome.
