The article is here, and researchers compiling the data attribute it to Evangelical teens being ignorant about birth control, and gdemetz is full of crap about why this problem is occurring. To the extent that the article draws conclusions about doctrinal problems with Evangelicals, it is not the idea that we can do whatever we want and be saved (which mischaracterizes what Evangelical Christians believe). According to to gdemetz's article, it is teaching that pre-marital sex is a sin that is a large source of the problem.

So, if the fruits of Mormonism are a multi billion dollar, loss making, upmarket commercial venture in a very small corner of a less than impoverished Utah City, how does that show us that Mormon Leaders are true followers of Christ?

One must also consider the reality of when an evengelical became saved? Was it before or after the commission of such mistakes for the most part? Sinful people are saved everyday and one cannot change his or her past mistakes. God only forgives them and covers the sin. It is man who still remembers them...
