In another thread someone thought (and I agree) that it could be an indication of TSM's health if he did not dedicate it.

Speaking of Boyd K. Packer, this recent photo of him shows the frame of his glasses hooked into his nose. Is this some sort of unobtrusive way of administering oxygen, with the tubes built into eyeglass frames, or ... ???

Hmm, I googled it and it looks like they make eyeglass frames for that purpose so that's what they probably are.

Whoa... He does not look well. I am not surprised BKP is dedicating this temple. Brigham is his home town. Judging from the pic, he will not be with us much longer, and it was probably a nice gesture to give him the opportunity to dedicate the temple given his ties to Brigham City.
