Images with deep "religious" meaning

You know how some image will come along and strike you deeply? The image below did that to me and I can't tell you why. It carries a huge amount of religious significance in my mind. Something about it carries my memories of my hidden thoughts to the surface. It is one of those things that brings tears because of the amount of emotion riding on the waves. It is beyond my ability to express.

Do you have an image (written, drawn, photographed, etc.) that does this to you? Might you share?

Thank you,

Zee.

This image had a similar effect on me. It was pointed out to me by a good friend. (Thank you, friend!)

You just had to go there.

I'm not gonna lie Zeez, when you put that picture up I started looking for ways I might see something erotic in it. I found some, but I'm not gonna share them with you. Not trying to be selfish, but it's also not what you were looking for in this thread. I'll see if I can find an image I've found deep "religious" meaning in.

I don't remember what this one was called, but it did have some deep "religious" impact on me when I first saw it, on this board even. Unfortunately when I first downloaded it it had a garbled up web name, so I don't have the artist or name of the work. Hopefully someone here can fill in the gaps.

edit: fixed link, and this image may be called "departure of the witches"

Ah, indeed it is called that. "The Departure of the Witches", from 1878, by Luis Ricardo Falero.

Hieronymus Bosch: The Garden of Earthly Delights (high resolution)

...and something in similar style...
Pieter Bruegel the Elder: The Triumph of Death (high resolution)

Here would be seen the 640px paintings if I had the feature!
