He opened fire first and wounded one of the other agents he apparently mistook as an armed smuggler, but was killed in the return fire.
There is a movie with Al Pacino I've watched in the last month. Some of You may remember the title. I am too lazy to search.
The life repeats literature.
(by the way as a soldier, I was always prepared to die. It didn't happen. My life is not worth to be filmed...)
