My nephew, who is a big Ron Paul supporter, posted this on Facebook with the caption:
"Ron Paul preaching in Utah tonight."
It made me laugh.

I always thought Ron Paul received a lot of acceptance from Mormons? I assume now that he is denouncing a Mormon then he is going to find himself outside looking in...

Yes and no. On "moral issues" that Libertarians think the government should stay out of, say liquor laws, Mormons have to part company.
But my nephew is pretty radical.

This post reminds me of what my nine-year-old daughter, Anna, had to say early on in the Presidential race: "I wonder if that Ru Paul is ever going to be president. Mom says he always keeps trying!"
She continued, for a good while, to refer to Ron Paul as Ru Paul, much to my amusement. I had no idea how she knew about Ru Paul until my teenager said she had turned on Ru Paul's Drag Race for a brief period of time, turning it after she saw that it was inappropriate for young children.

Ru Paul for President.
I like the ring of it.

Ron Paul is a patriot, and it's a shame so many are blinded to accept a pro-war, anti-civil liberties, pro-crony capitalist Obama or a pro-income-redistribution and pro-welfare ponzi schemes Romney.

It doesn't help his libertarian case that he is pro-life.
